Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Not show signs of damage or wear

Return Process

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping or is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items without original packaging or documentation
  • Custom or personalized items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after we process it, please check your payment method account first. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
